The court decision was confirmed on January 5, 2010. This is the culmination of a series of attempts by the Neue Babylon Berlin GmbH to legally hogtie the strongest and most active form of workers&#8217; representation in the company.<\/p>\n<p>This attack on the basic right of freedom of association is a <em>de facto<\/em> ban of the union. The way we see it, it is the workers who decide how they want to organise.
