Obviously, the authorities &#8212; principally those located in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unimelb.edu.au\/unisec\/OrgCharts\/corporate.html\">the pampered offices of the upper management of the University of Melbourne<\/a> &#8212; will be wanting to boost Melbourne&#8217;s homeless numbers, with a minimum of resistance, and a minimum of publicity.<\/p>\n<p>This may be a difficult enterprise as a:<\/p>\n<h2>24 Hour \/ 7 Day A Week Picket<\/h2>\n<p>has been called for. As well as raising awareness and petitioning universities and government we have recently taken possession of four double story terrace buildings that have been vacant for three years.
