Since then, of course, the NSN — qua<\/em> White Australia Party<\/a> — has been proscribed as a ‘hate’ group, and more recently it’s launched a High Court challenge<\/a>, arguing that the relevant law is un-Constitutional. In this episode, we spoke to Kaz about the proscription, the challenge, the effects upon M4WA, fake parties<\/a>, and more.<\/p>\n
