Glenn Beck<\/a> is awesome and totally kicks arse.<\/p>\n

On August 11<\/a>, on Faux News<\/a>, he claimed that some law-talking guy called Van Jones “was a black nationalist. He came out an anarchist and a communist. He then found the green movement was the new red. And now, he’s our green jobs czar. Why is there so much money from the green movement, fund for public interest?”<\/p>\n

Terrific questions Glenn. As for Van Jones, he’s a friend of the trees, the birds and the bees.<\/p>\n

And Communists! A boofhead writes to a US newspaper:<\/p>\n

The most disgusting evidence of President Obama’s lack of respect for America is his appointment of Van Jones as his “green jobs” czar.<\/p>\n

Here’s how the East Bay Express<\/em> newspaper described the “green jobs czar’s” background in a 2005 profile [The New Face of Environmentalism<\/a>, Eliza Strickland, November 2, 2005]:<\/p>\n

“Jones had planned to move to Washington, D.C., and had already landed a job and an apartment there. But in jail, he said, ‘I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’ Although he already had a plane ticket, he decided to stay in San Francisco. ‘I spent the next 10 years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.’ In the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. . . . ‘By August, I was a communist’.”<\/p>\n

Now he’s a member of the Obama administration, one of the “czars” appointed by Obama who reports only to Obama and who, therefore, never had to withstand the rigors of a Senate confirmation process.<\/p>\n

These are dangerous times. We’ve always known that communists were committed to the destruction of America. It would appear that they have the ultimate ally in the White House.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Not any more.<\/p>\n

Apparently, all that needs to happen to provoke a White House Administration official’s resignation is: a bunch of blowhards and crazies find something someone once said that was once extreme. Fixate, extrapolate, instigate, bring mainstream. And Van Jones resigned yesterday…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
