Professional bigot and amateur radio ham Hal Turner &#8212; &#8220;well known as one of the most vicious neo-Nazis in America, a man who routinely suggests killing his enemies&#8221; &#8212; has not only retired, but been revealed as <a href=\"http:\/\/au.youtube.com\/watch?v=x6K2UPNreaQ\">an FBI informant<\/a>: the former fact presumably being a product of the later one.<\/p>\n<p>On his blog (Tuesday, January 15, 2008) Hal <a href=\"http:\/\/halturnershow.blogspot.com\/2008\/01\/hal-turner-show-has-ended.html\">writes<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>The Hal Turner Show has ended<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The free market votes with its wallet. For seven years, &#8220;The Hal Turner Show&#8221; struggled to garner new listeners and financial support. I have grown weary of this battle; my heart just isn&#8217;t in it anymore.<\/p>\n<p>As such, I regret to announce the termination of the Hal Turner Show.<\/p>\n<p>I will always value the friendships I made in the pro-white movement and those friends will always be welcome in my home [and gub&#8217;mint files].<\/p>\n<p>I never have and never will betray my people. You will never see me on TV or hear me on radio as some pathetic &#8220;reformed&#8221; whatever.<\/p>\n<p>I wish all of you the best of luck in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Hal Turner<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The allegation that Turner is an FBI informant is contained in an SPLC report, based on evidence howwible hackers collected, including what appears to be an email exchange between Hal and his handler. Paul Brooks <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recordonline.com\/apps\/pbcs.dll\/article?AID=\/20080117\/NEWS\/801170326\/-1\/NEWS\">writes<\/a> in the <em>Times Herald-Record<\/em> (&#8216;White power rally leader was FBI snitch: law center&#8217;, January 17, 2008) &#8220;When the e-mails hit a neo-Nazi Web site, Turner shut down his own Web site. &#8220;I hereby separate from the &#8220;pro-White&#8221; movement. I will no longer involve myself in any aspect of it,&#8221; Turner said. The message the hackers left &#8212; &#8220;Oh, you should probably also stop the stuff you did in July with your pals (Yeah, we know about that)&#8221; &#8212; is presumably a reference to the July 7 email referred to in the SPLC report:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>On Jan. 1 [2008], unidentified <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=F8gji6hdN-c\">hackers<\/a> electronically confronted Turner in the forum of his website for \u201cThe Hal Turner Show.\u201d After a heated exchange, they told Turner that they had successfully hacked into his server and found correspondence with an FBI agent who is apparently Turner\u2019s handler. Then they <a href=\"http:\/\/pastebin.com\/f640d724d\">posted an alleged July 7 [2007] E-mail<\/a> to the agent in which Turner hands over a message from someone who sent in a death threat against Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.). \u201cOnce again,\u201d Turner writes to his handler, \u201cmy fierce rhetoric has served to flush out a possible crazy.\u201d In what is allegedly a portion of another E-mail, Turner discusses the money he is paid&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Spooky!&#8221; and &#8220;Thank Odin for Don Black!&#8221; is all I can say.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, not all Yanquis are as awful as Hal. One notable exception being Toby Radloff, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freetimes.com\/stories\/15\/36\/the-nerd\">The Nerd!<\/a> (Ted Schwarz, <em>The Cleveland Free Times<\/em>, January 9):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Some might say that it was inevitable that Toby Radloff would one day be seen on DVD having a delightful romp with a female corpse he finds in a dumpster.<\/p>\n<p>After all, his early education, before he discovered his calling as the Genuine Nerd, before he befriended Harvey Pekar and started appearing in both the magazine and the movie <em>American Splendor<\/em>, Radloff was in the Sagamore Hills Children&#8217;s Psychiatric Hospital. The five days a week of residential care and education was the price his mother paid for having a son who was so gifted that regular school bored him from the time he was in kindergarten. He was too young for the Cleveland schools&#8217; programs for the gifted, and so frustrated in class that he was often disruptive unless his grandmother sat with him.<\/p>\n<p>At Sagamore Hills he was surrounded with other brilliant children, but also with the retarded and the severely mentally ill. The location lends bemusement to that portion of Toby&#8217;s career involved with low-budget horror films, but was emotionally devastating at the time.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Those years were hell,&#8221; he says in his unique, almost ploddingly deliberate speech. &#8220;I missed my freedom. I missed my mother. I missed my grandparents.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul><object width=\"425\" height=\"355\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/07vbOqtVScI&#038;rel=1\"><\/param><param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\"><\/param><\/object><\/ul>\n<p>Oh yeah, and finally, in the Czech Republic, the <a href=\"http:\/\/slackbastard.anarchobase.com\/?p=937\">abandonment<\/a> of a recent outdoors meeting in Prague of a special branch of the <em>Society for Creative Anachronism (Germany 1930s)<\/em> due to anti-fascist reign has cast doubt over another of the Society&#8217;s meetings in the town of Pilsen this weekend: &#8220;The city worries that potential clashes between the marching neo-Nazis and <a href=\"http:\/\/slackbastard.anarchobase.com\/?p=934\">militant anti-fascists<\/a> could put residents and their property in danger, the ordinance banning the march said&#8221; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.haaretz.com\/hasen\/spages\/945767.html\">City in Czech Republic bans neo-Nazi march slated for weekend<\/a>, DPA, <em>Ha&#8217;aretz<\/em>, January 17, 2008).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update (January 28) : More Hal!
