I am not sorry for what I have done. All is fair in love and war.

I do not belong to any organisation that has hierarchy. I am not aware of any media person who is not compromised. Having said this, Kristen van Schie wrote a pretty good article about my situation for The Star in Joburg. I hope she maintains her journalistic integrity in this corrupt world. Graeme Hosken is one of the reasons why I lost faith in the media. I went to him with my experience of police corruption and intimidation. He did not report the truth. He tried to sell papers. When I e-mailed the Pretoria News about this injustice, I was ignored.

I don’t believe anything that I read.

Thank you all for the love and support. I wouldn’t be able to carry on if it weren’t for all of you amazing people.

I have no spokesperson. My spokespeople are the friends I have made in my 23 years as a creature on this planet.

Peace, love, respect, anarchy, liberation, revolution, Deep Green Resistance.

What a goose, typical of his type thinks he has all the answers and he has just got out of nappies. We are all different for a reason. The different races have developed at different time frames and no matter what your hopes and asperations [sic] nothing you say will change this. Certain races are better leaders look at your continent since the demise of white rule it is run by corrupt tribal self serving types[.] Mugarbi [sic] is a good example[.] [O]nce Zimbarbwee [sic] was the fruit-bowl of Africa under white influence. Now it cannot feed itself. All the experienced white farmers are run of [sic] or murdered and nobody helps. You need a full on reality check and a little less ego.

    G’day Tim,

    A few things.

    1. You’re probably better off addressing these remarks to Mark himself. As noted he has a blog, a Facebook and a Twitter account.

    2. The concept of race is of very recent historical origin. You can read more about it if you like (though I somehow doubt you will). Try Nell Irvin Painter, The History of White People (W.W. Norton & Co., 2010) or Theodore W. Allen, The Invention of the White Race (Verso): Volume One ‘Racial Oppression and Social Control’ (1994); Volume Two ‘The Origin of Racial Oppression in Anglo-America’ (1997).

    3. I live in Melbourne. My continent is Australia. The indigenous peoples of Australia maintained their cultures over many thousands of years prior to invasion and the establishment of the British penal colony which eventually came to form the modern Australian nation-state. Consequently, the last few hundred years has witnessed massive and possibly irreparable damage to natural systems, the result of the violent imposition of a form of industrial capitalism developed in Europe. ‘White rule’–in this as in so many other instances–has meant, in practice, both genocide and ecocide.

I don’t regard this as a positive outcome.

    4. Formally speaking, white rule has ended in Africa, in South Africa with the demise of apartheid. On the other hand, the masses remain deeply impoverished, and there is an unceasing transfer of wealth from that continent–generally in the form of minerals and other raw materials–to agencies outside of it, principally European and US-based trans-national corporations. One notorious case involves crude oil extraction from the Niger Delta by Royal Dutch Shell.

Lots and lots and lots has been written about the history of Africa and its pillaging over many centuries by European powers. For example:

“Exterminate All the Brutes” is a searching examination of Europe’s dark history in Africa and the origins of genocide. Using Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness as his point of departure, Sven Lindqvist takes us on a haunting tour through the colonial past, interwoven with a modern-day travelogue. Retracing the steps of European explorers, missionaries, politicians, and historians in Africa from the late eighteenth century onward, the author exposes the roots of genocide in Africa via his own journey through the Saharan desert. As Lindqvist shows, fantasies not merely of white superiority but of actual extermination—“cleansing” the earth of the so-called lesser races—deeply informed European colonialism and racist ideology that ultimately culminated in Europe’s own Holocaust.

Again, you can read about it if you want, but again, I suspect you’re most interested in perpetuating racist mythologies of the sort that Mark Esterhuysen has recently–and quite memorably–put on record as despising.

    5. Mugabe is a good example of a dictator, yes; a species which continues to plague the world the elimination of which would be a boon to all humanity.

    6. In my book, Mark Esterhuysen is still pretty fucking cool.

Hey Tim, can I ask where you actually got your ideas from? Can you cite some modern scientist/academic who advocates an idea of some ‘races’ (and like Andy has said, race is a concept of recent historical origin- nothing natural or deep rooted about it) being superior to others? Or are you just venting your own opinion? If you can give me any legitimate evidence at all of what you claim, then I might take you a bit more seriously.
