This week on Yeah Nah Pasaran! we talk to Kels of the DFW [Dallas-Fort Worth] Support Committee [Bluesky/Instagram]. The Committee was established following the Trumpist anti-anti-fascist action in response to a noise demo outside an ICE detention facility in Texas:
The case involves 22 people arrested for their alleged involvement in the events at and following a protest on July 4th 2025 in solidarity with Detainees at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, south of Fort Worth. The defendants face life-altering state and federal charges.
We spoke to Kels about the (ongoing) case, the work of the Committee, and its implications for political activism in the US.
