As noted, 3CR is currently having its annual Radiothon. Yeah Nah Pasaran! is hoping to raise $4,500 for the station and you can donate here if you’d like to help us reach our goal. Yesterday’s episode was a plea for your filthy lucre, but as an added BONUS!, we recorded an interview with sociologist Aaron Winter about the racist pogrom in Belfast (and related matters), which you can listen to here.

While political pundits continue to prattle on witlessly about PHONy and ‘populism’, the Toorak set is bound for Giorgio Casa this evening, in an event promoted by property developer Virginia Gibson, reportedly one of ‘The real influencers and powerbrokers of Melbourne’ (Herald Sun, February 10, 2023). Tickets range from $200 for ordinary punters to $500 for ‘supporters’, and for the measly sum of $2,000, you can gain a private audience with Pauline Hanson (and certainly not Dave-Hughes-in-a-wig). The newly-opened Giorgio Casa comes to you courtesy of George Mirabella, who reckons Hanson deserves ‘a fair go’ at forever cementing his business with PHONy, and according to the Herald Sun (Lyons’ kin enters the Hanson den: Granddaughter of one of Liberal Party’s founding members to host Pauline Hanson fundraiser, June 5, 2026):

Both he and Gibson said they had support from well-connected friends, but that many of them were still scared to openly show their support for the burgeoning party.

“They’re running scared,” Mirabella said.

We will certainly see come Friday.

A welcoming party for Hanson, her sidekick Barnaby Joyce, and their wealthy supporters has been organised by the Campaign Against Racism and Fascism and the Refugee Action Collective:

One of Tom Sewell’s nazi fanboys, Gavin Begbie, has been arrested and charged with ‘four counts of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon and one count of intimidating a witness’. He was also found to have National Socialist Network propaganda in his possession. Oddly, in September 2007 at the APEC protests, Mr Begbie allegedly ‘threw a metal-tip dart into a police officer’s skull before attacking other officers with a metal pole’, which was also Very Naughty of him.
