lulz. SAlt is getting blame for police arresting students @ usyd during course of protest today (video).

Well, so some boofhead on Sydney radio reckons anyways.

Below is moar dramatic footage of police foiling terrorist plot/’police being thugs’. Take note of police tickling especially recalcitrant elements.

Next time I reckon the students oughta close and lock teh door eh.

The protest was apparently called in response to VC Michael Spence’s issuing of a “final round of letters… sent to 23 academic staff… offering them voluntary redundancy, while another 20 staff have been offered teaching focused roles as an alternative to losing their jobs”.

The NTEU has more blah on the cuts and the campaign against it here.

As usual, it’s double or nothing.
